Eau Claire Rentals Online Residential Application
Each person, over the age of 18 years, who intends to reside in this rental unit must submit a separate Rental Application. A government issued photo ID is required when you submit this application(submit ID here). If your application is approved, and your move-in is not immediate, a security deposit will be collected at the time the lease is signed. First months rent will be collected at the time of move in. No security deposit, fees, or rent will be accepted until Rental application is approved and lease is signed. After completing the application,
